Perk! Barre Fitness challenge

Leading up to Pilates Day 2012 and wrapping up the first full year for the Barre Fitness program, let's finish with a challenge. How many times can you get to the barre?

In the month of April we introduce 13 in 30, the Perk! Barre Fitness challenge. The challenge is to get to at least 13 barre classes in 30 days. Sign up and make a commitment to yourself and your health. If you succeed you will be rewarded with braggin' rights and a fabulous bag of swag, not to mention prizes for the top three participants who attend the most classes in the month of April.

So pull out your calendars, make your schedule and get ready to have fun and get your Perk on. Your body will REALLY thank you for this challenge—See you at the barre!

Celebrate Pilates with a series of FREE power packed classes taught by Perk! Pilates Fitness owner/instructor Ashley Peth.

  • 10-10:30 — Perk! Express Barre/ Arms & Abs
    • 30 mintues of cardio and strength using weights and a ballet barre.
  • 10:30-11 — Perk! Express Barre/ Full body
    • 30 mintues of cardio and strength using a ballet barre
  • 11-12 — Mat Pilates
    • 60 minute group Pilates class

Bring your friends and experience the joy of Pilates!

After class, stick around and sip on some refreshments and replenish with some snacks in order to get charged up for some shopping, provided by lululemon athletica. The lulu crew is heading up to Fort Collins to set up shop for the afternoon. Check out all the latest activewear for Spring/Summer and stock up! 12-2:30PM
